- Add all the kosher salt, sweet paprika, garlic powder, and cumin to a small bowl.
- Mix the seasonings together to combine thoroughly. Set aside until needed.

- Rinse the sweet potatoes with cold water and use a brush to remove any dirt.
- Cut the sweet potatoes down to ¼ inch French fries. Try to keep them all similar in size for an even cooking.

- Place the cut fries in a large bowl with cold water for 30 minutes.
*If you're short on time, this step can be skipped, but soaking will remove the excess starch, giving them a crunchier, crisper texture. - Dry the fries with paper towels and place them in a large bowl or dish.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the fries and toss to coat them.
- Sprinkle the seasoning over the olive oil coated fries and toss to combine, coating the fries.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees and spray the basket with a non-stick cooking spray.

- Add the seasoned sweet potato fries in a single layer to the preheated air fryer basket.
*Make sure not to overcrowd the basket. - Cook the sweet potato fries at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
*For crisper fries, turn them over halfway through the cooking process.
